Overlooking Colac's Memorial Square, Fusion Restaurant Colac was opened in March 2011.

The ever changing modern Australian menu features dishes that showcase the best that our region has to offer whilst delivering flavours from all over the globe.

We are a small family owned business, and are proud to provide every guest with delicious food and warm country hospitality.

Fusion can be booked privately for up to 36 guests.

We also specialise in catering for weddings, engagements & celebrations at your venue of choice

Local produce is a high priority at Fusion including some produce from our own garden & family farm.

It's not only the menu that gets the nod to "local"  but also our beverage list hosting plenty of  beers, ciders, wines & spirits from just down the road.
